in the company equity and Unit Trust is $5000 AUD per unit/share
in all projects completed in Australia.
The
forecasted financial feasibilities for return on investment
will be in two parts.
1. Completed Property Development Projects = Sales (ROI range
50% per project)
2. Leasehold / Commercial Rentals held on sites and wave pool
turnover.(ROI range 30% per annum per project)
ROI's anticipated figures are based on the Hunter Valley sites
currently held.
We are identifying sites Australia wide for exclusive boutique,
residential,commercial and tourism developments for mixed use
projects.
In the future income from overseas sales and royalties will
also generate smaller income streams.
We will endeavour to joint venture and own project developments
abroad once financially viable.
Unit Shares can be purchased by individuals, syndicates,corporations
or family trusts.
Your investment is secured by a 2nd ranking charge over the
companies assets.
